SynopsisThis book covers all the postgraduate courses in both Surgery and Suprspeciality examination i.e, MS, DNB, MCh in different superspeciality as well.
“Make your dreams come true.” The purpose of this book is to provide the students likely to appear in these postgraduate superspeciality examinations to develop a habit of studying wide variety of topics, read and discuss not only the standard or straight forward questions or topics but also concentrate on the subtopics and applied implications of various methodologies.
Question papers have been collected from various universities and medical institutes of repute in India via different sources. These papers are supposed to be genuine and authentic to the best of my knowledge. Few questions did not have the year mentioned or against them, so have been coded by their University/College name only. Some of the questions do not have marks allotted to them, since the original papers received by me did not mention the marks and also older examination pattern did not have the marking system. Few questions might be overlapping since they cover two chapters simultaneously. The chapters or topics have been broadly divided as per the standard system or text books.
Each question has been given a coding system which gives in an unique identity. For example PGI/May2016/MDI(10) means the question appeared in PGI, Chandigarh May 2016 examination in the 1 paper of MD and carried 10 marks. This detailed information will help the candidate in assessing the examination/university where the question belongs to, the year as well as the weightage of each questions and accordingly they may prepare their answers suitable for a full question or short note. Also, they will have an idea about the syllabus covered in different papers.
The questions from different Colleges and Universities that had the same language and wordings have been clubbed together. Many questions may appear as repetitions but care should be taken since they may have different language or term used.
Some of the Universities have more than one Medical College under them, so also this book covers to examinations of many Medical Institutes.
