Returns & Cancellation

  • Precaution

    Before accepting a delivery please make sure that packaging is neither damaged nor tampered, we suggest refusing damaged or tampered delivery.
  • Which books can be returned?

    We offer 7 days replace/ return policy for books which are bad, defective, damaged or different from description.
  • How to return?

    Inform us at support@markmybook.com , we will get in touch with you within 24 hrs. Your book will either be replaced or amount will be refunded (in case it is out of stock). To ensure fast returns/replacement please attach images.
  • Cancellation of Order

    You can cancel before it reaches you for delivery.
  • Refunds of Payment

    Payment made through credit or debit cards will only be credited back to the cardholder’s bank account which was used to pay for the original order.
    please be noted that we shall not be responsible for any delay in credit to the cardholder’s bank account as that is managed by the card issuing bank only.
  • Why I am being denied for return/refund/cancellation

    1. We offer gift coupons worth full amount of your purchases; in case you’ve already got the coupon code against your purchase your order can not be returned/refunded/cancelled.
    2. Replace or return will not be possible if reader is not having original invoice, packing & courier airway bill.
    3. Replace or return will not be possible if books are not in the same condition as shipped by the seller.
    4. Replace or return will not be possible if desire is raised after 7 days of delivery.
    5. If our logistic partners are not being able to deliver at given address a full refund will automatically be issued.
    6. e-books are not subject to return or exchange in any case.
