Return Policy

    We offer 7 days replace/ return policy for our readers. If a reader is not satisfied with purchase he/she may replace or return. As we always suggest that before accepting a delivery please make sure that packaging is neither damaged nor tampered, we suggest refusing damaged or tampered delivery.


    Even than if you find your books in bad, defective, damaged or different from description please inform us at support@markmybook.com we’ll get in touch with you within 24 hrs. Your book will either be replaced or amount will be refunded in case it is out of stock. To ensure fast returns/replacement please attach images. Under return policy a reader can claim for refund before it reaches to him/her for delivery.
    1. Refunds of payment made through credit or debit cards will only be credited back to the cardholder’s bank account which was used to pay for the original order; please be noted that we shall not be responsible for any delay in credit to the cardholder’s bank account as that is managed by the card issuing bank only.
    2. As we offer gift coupons worth full amount of your purchases; please be noted that once you receive a discount coupon against your purchase your order can not be cancelled.
    3. If our logistic partners are not being able to deliver at given address a full refund will automatically be issued.
    4. Replace or return will not be possible if reader is not having original invoice, packing & courier airway bill.
    5. Replace or return will not be possible if books are not in the same condition as shipped by the buyer
    6. Replace or return will not be possible if desire is raised after 7 days of delivery.
    7. e-books are not subject to return or exchange in any case.
