Vikas Khanna is an award winning, Michelin Starred Indian chef, restaurateur, food writer, filmmaker, humanitarian and the host of the TV Show MasterChef India. He is based in New York City. He was also the host of another very successful television programme Twist of Taste on Fox Traveller.
