About the author Tulika Mehrotra is a Chicago-based author and journalist. Born in Lucknow, she grew up in the Midwest. After receiving her bachelor?s degree in finance from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, she moved to Milan to study fashion at the European Institute of Design. Following a short stint in the Manhattan?s fashion circuit, Tulika moved to Los Angeles to work with the media industry, with a focus on India. Delhi Stopover, her first novel, explores the world of India?s evolving fashion landscape and chronicles many of her observations from the global fashion and entertainment industries. Tulika is also a contributing writer to Elle and Vogue Magazine and has interviewed several international celebrities and designers. Currently, she is working on her second novel.
