Partha Sarathi Basu Partha Sarathi Basu is the Finance Director ? India & South Asia for AkzoNobel, is a member of the Board of Directors of AkzoNobel India & AkzoNobel Paints Lanka Ltd. He is an ICWA, DBF and has completed one year Business Leadership Program from IIM Calcutta. Prior to AkzoNobel, Partha was the CFO-Indian operations for Whirlpool with an additional responsibility for cost productivity for Whirlpool Asia. He has also worked in leadership position for leading corporates like Coca- Cola, SpiceJet, Tata Group and IFB Group. Partha has multi industry / multi-function experience, apart from Finance, he has also worked in Operations & Supply chain. Partha loves to interact with young minds and thus he appears as a guest lecturer in management institutes and contributes articles to magazines & newspapers. His books include Why Not . . .! Racing Ahead with Mentors and the novel With or Without You. All his books are written for the young & aspiring professionals. 'Make It or Break It?Mantras for a successful career' is his third book.
