He has written for the Sunday Telegraph, the Guardian and a range of magazines including Adventure Travel, Country Walking, Outdoor Enthusiast, Trail, The Great Outdoors, Cumbria, Lakeland Walker and Sidetracked. He has won two ‘Highly Commended’ awards for his feature-writing from the Outdoor Writers and Photographers Guild and is an Ordnance Survey #GetOutside Champion. He lives in Cumbria.
